About Me

Nick Morley

"I believe that a body in motion stays young. My goal isn't to make you a gymnast, but to make sure you can keep doing the things you love for as long as possible."

From desk to mat

For more than 20 years I was a Research Scientist supporting clinical research at an acute hospital trust and an Associate Lecturer in Healthcare with the Open University.

I have always been active in a range of sports and developed a passion for Pilates and stretching after noticing a loss of posture. Pilates perfectly balances my love of movement, anatomy, and exercise to maintain good health and posture.

After gaining a Pilates Matwork Certificate with the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute, I started Pilates classes and stretch sessions to pass on the benefits to the community here in West Cornwall.

Qualifications:
Ph.D. | BSc (Hons) | Associate Fellow (AFHEA) | Certificate in Teaching Excellence | APPI Cert Matwork Pilates
