Stretch sessions
Undo the stresses of the week with a personalised session dedicated to mobility, tension release, and mindful breathing.
What to expect
My Stretch sessions are focused on lengthening muscles and improving range of motion in the joints through slow-paced stretches and exercises.
I typically begin with a gentle dynamic warm-up to prepare the joints, followed by a series of guided stretches targeting the whole body with emphasis on the neck, shoulders, upper body, core, and legs before concluding with a lower back self massage and a few minutes of quiet relaxation to let the body settle.
The atmosphere is relaxed, non-competitive, and focused entirely on your own progress.

What are the benefits?
Regular, controlled stretching is about more than just "touching your toes". It helps to reset your posture after a week of sitting at a desk or inactivity. It increases blood flow to tired muscles and improves the functional range of motion in your joints.
Beyond the physical, these sessions provide a dedicated space for mindful breathing, total body relaxation, and reducing the physical effects of everyday stress.
Is this for me?
Stretch sessions are designed to be inclusive and accessible. Ideally, participants should be able to stand unaided for short periods, move comfortably to and from the floor, kneel (with pads if required), and lie down. However, sessions can be adapted to suit the needs of the individual.
If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, specific injuries, or concerns, it's important that you seek advice from your doctor or another relevant healthcare professional before taking part. Please ensure that I am notified of any relevant information and participate only if you are well and can exercise safely. If you would like to discuss any concerns or unsure whether it is safe for you, please contact me.
Is it safe?
My stretch sessions incorporate both static and dynamic techniques. Static stretching is safe and poses minimal injury risk, whereas dynamic exercises activate muscles and joints for improved performance. It is important to prioritise safety by staying within your personal limits and allowing your flexibility to develop naturally over time.
What should I bring?
Please bring a Yoga or Pilates mat and wear comfortable clothing (e.g. shorts, leggings, t-shirt) that allows for a full range of movement. For your feet, being barefoot or wearing thin socks is ideal for grip and stability.
I provide supplementary equipment like foam blocks and resistance bands to help support or deepen your stretches, but you're welcome to bring your own accessories if you prefer.
Individual sessions
These are one-to-one or two-to-one sessions for a personalised approach. These sessions are shaped around your goals, the areas you want to explore, and the way you feel most comfortable moving. We can spend more time on specific techniques, adapt the pace to suit you, and build a session that supports what you want to get out of your practice; whether that's confidence, consistency, or simply enjoying moving with more ease.
How do I book?
Please contact me for individual sessions.
